Thanksgiving Treat: Luminance

Luminance is free for Thanksgiving! I really like this Universal app. If you are a fan of Adobe Lightroom you’ll also be a big fan. It almost feels as if you are using the develop module in Lightroom. There is a nice video below.

BUZZ
Gizmodo.com – App of the Day
“Each effect—vignetting, tweaking exposure and white balance and so much more—is a layer and you can re-arrange them to see how the picture changes, delete them to see how it looks without the effect and do whatever the heck you want.”

The Unofficial Apple Weblog
“I like Luminance because it pushes the editing envelope…”

MacStories
“… a more streamlined alternative to PhotoForge and other image editors I’ve tried on iOS, offering an interesting set of effects, presets and basic versioning system that makes it easy to import photos from a device’s camera roll, and start editing in a focused space right away.”
